2. What data we collect
Only the data you provide to us voluntarily through the contact form or by e-mail: your full name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
3. Why we process it
- to respond to your message and to stay in touch with the chapter’s members and supporters,
- to inform you about events and activities of IEEE GRSS Poland Chapter,
- to organize the conferences, workshops and seminars you take part in.
4. Who we share it with
The organizers of the events you take part in, and IEEE to the extent related to GRSS activities. No one else without your consent.
5. Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Simply write to info@grss-ieee.pl.
7. How long we keep it
For the duration of your membership or until you withdraw your consent, after which we delete it within 30 days. Messages sent through the contact form are kept until the matter they concern is closed.
8. Cookies and third-party tools
The website does not use cookies, analytics tools or scripts from third-party servers. When the form is submitted, the server stores a shortened identifier of the IP address for at most one hour, solely to limit the number of submissions and to protect the form from abuse.

The current version of this policy is always published on this page, together with the date of the last change.
